1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below wherever they appear in this document, whether in the singular or plural:

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the jm2000 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jm2000 operates a strict adults-only (21+) policy and takes all reasonable steps to prevent access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is specifically designed and operated to serve Indonesian players.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Individuals who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts may not register an account.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jm2000 at any time. Operating multiple accounts (whether in your own name or using aliases) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances derived from rule violations.
• Not Self-Excluded: Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from jm2000 are not eligible to register a new account during their exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of jm2000 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or place wagers on the Platform.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the real-money Services on jm2000, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, primary email address, and preferred currency (IDR).

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during and after registration is accurate and kept up to date. jm2000 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Any withdrawal processed to an account where identity information is inconsistent with verified documentation may be reversed pending re-verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. jm2000 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify jm2000 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, jm2000 will require you to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian national ID card / KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of your registered payment method. jm2000 may request additional documentation at any time where required by its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jm2000 supports the following Indonesian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amo unt is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jm2000, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your account Balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on your chosen payment method. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support immediately with your transfer receipt.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.
• jm2000 does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the Player.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 30 minutes on average during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available banking window.
• jm2000 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers an internal risk or AML review, regardless of the account's prior verification status.
• Players must have completed all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds before a withdrawal of winnings derived from those funds can be approved.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on jm2000 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jm2000 does not accept or process transactions in any cryptocurrency or foreign currency. Any funds received in a currency other than IDR will be declined.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jm2000 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the more specific term shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Bets placed on games with a contribution rate below 100% toward wagering requirements will be specified in each promotion's terms. Bets that are voided, cancelled, or result in a stake return do not count toward wagering progress.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the promotion explicitly states that they are stackable.
• jm2000 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, exploitation of technical errors, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated while Bonus Funds are active are forfeited if the Player account is closed, suspended, or excluded prior to completion of wagering requirements.

5.4 Promotional Communications

By registering an account, you consent to receiving promotional communications from jm2000 via the contact details you have provided. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting our support team, without affecting your ability to use the Platform's core Services.

6Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports wagers on jm2000 — including but not limited to BRI Liga 1 matches, EPL fixtures, Champions League markets, AFF Cup outright bets, Timnas Indonesia match odds, and esports events (MPL Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are governed by the sport-specific rules published on the Platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. jm2000 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors.

6.2 Mix Parlay

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager with multiplied potential returns. All legs of a mix parlay must win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more legs are voided (e.g., due to match abandonment), the bet is recalculated excluding the voided selection(s) at reduced odds. Minimum and maximum stake limits for mix parlay bets are displayed in the bet slip.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

Live dealer casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sic bo — are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. All slot games are provided by licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft (PGS), and Spribe. The rules, RTPs, and paytables for each game are accessible within the game interface. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.4 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on jm2000 follow the published draw schedule and prize structure for each market. Results are determined by independently verified draw outcomes. jm2000 is not responsible for any technical fault on the part of a third-party draw operator that may affect result delivery, though affected bets will be settled in accordance with the most recently confirmed official result.

6.5 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled as soon as practicable after the conclusion of the relevant event. In the event of a dispute over settlement, the jm2000 trading team's decision — based on verified official result sources — is final. Queries regarding specific bet settlements must be raised within 72 hours of the settlement time.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jm2000 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balance at jm2000's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for genuine human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a proven exploit are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that constitutes cheating in sports betting or casino games.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner consistent with money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. jm2000 will cooperate fully with law enforcement where such activity is suspected.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing jm2000 staff or other members of the player community through any channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions or any other responsible gaming limit imposed on your account.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the jm2000 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software architecture, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jm2000 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the personal entertainment purposes it is designed for. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from jm2000.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jm2000 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other intangible loss — even if jm2000 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jm2000's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jm2000 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may occur. jm2000 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable, but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability beyond the refund of any deposit that cannot be confirmed as credited.

10Privacy & Data

jm2000 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. jm2000 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, complying with regulatory obligations, and improving the Platform experience.

11Amendments

jm2000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jm2000 will provide reasonable advance notice via a banner on the Platform, an in-account notification, or an email to your registered address. The revised Terms & Conditions will become effective on the date specified in the notice. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting support prior to the effective date.

12Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations. jm2000 operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform that is Licensed and Regulated Internationally.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and jm2000, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through the jm2000 customer support escalation process. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
